Registration cancellations received via email at the TTLC 2022 Meeting Secretariat’s address on or before February 9, 2022 (23:59 PST) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 50.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after February 9, 2022 (23:59 PST) will not be refunded. However, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration information via the confirmation letter and replacing it with the new delegate’s information. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Meeting.

In the unlikely event that the Meeting is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Donations to the ILC Foundation are non-refundable and are tax-deductible in the US. Donors consent to having their names and donation amounts featured in ILCF materials, including, but not limited to, donor walls, broadcast "thank you" messages, and annual report donor listing.
